Upon our confirmation email, please note that all payments are to be made within 24 hours through either DBS / POSB / UOB IBanking and ATM transfer.
Upon receiving your payments, we will send out your items asap. 

Postage Details:
1) Normal Postage - Normal charges will be S$1.50 per item and S$0.50 extra for each additional item. Prices will vary depending on the weight on the item.
2) Registered Postage – Will cost additional S$2.24 more on top of normal postage. Registered postage is always encouraged.

Exchange Policy:
1) We do not do refunds, returns, or exchanges, unless the item received is defected. Please enclose a picture of the defect via email.
2) Exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase date.

Terms & Conditions: 
1) We will not be held responsible for lost parcels / damaged mailed-out items should you not opt for registered mail.
2) Receiving an invoice will allow reservation of the item for 24hrs. Payment must be made within this timeframe to secure your purchase.
3) All ATM transfers must be accompanied with a snapshot (no scans allowed) of your transaction receipt. We reserve all rights to reject any orders without the snapshot. No refunds will be made as well.
